Following the success of the three previous winter installations at Meadowhall, we were tasked to further enhance the customer experience on an epic scale to make a real go-to destination for Winter 2025.

We designed the event to bring the whole family together with festive fun for everyone.

A Winter Spectacular Circus was a star attraction surrounded by funfair rides and games for all ages.

The Christmas Village was host to an Apres Bar with cosy heated seating serving an array of festive tipples and hot chocolates, perfect for settling in to watch the live entertainment, whilst grabbing some tasty treats from the food vendors.

Installation of 350 snow covered Christmas trees set the scene for a journey through Santa’s Magical Grotto for an enchanted adventure accompanied by Elves, an Ice Princess and some furry friends along the way, topped with a visit to the big man himself!
