The people of Peterborough have fully embraced the emerging trend that is dessert dining. We have seen it pop up on a small scale here and there, but Tamu Dessert Lounge truly are market leaders.

Already established in Peterborough in a small unit seating around 16 people. The owners wanted to dramatically expand their offering and sourced new premises right in the centre of town.

We supplied a new clean and simple logo marque, developed a pattern from the ornate looping ‘M’ in the logo and delivered an equally simple and timeless interior. The project was challenging as the space was previously used as offices and demanded a complete fit out whilst keeping within the clients budget. We managed to comfortably allow for up to 60 covers.

The large servery now creates theatre as the artisans go about their work and customers can see their dishes being freshly made in front of their eyes. The new menus we created fit perfectly within the brand ensuring the Tamu experience really is a sweet one.
