L&M MediLaw are a new division within the established and revered Levy & McRae, a Glasgow based law firm.
We were approached to create a new brand and digital presence for the new division.

We retained core elements from the parent company and re-purposed a graphic device used to denote a shining light from a lighthouse. This was made more symmetrical and ‘wrapped’ around the word marque to symbolise the protection L&M Medilaw give to their clients. 

L&M MediLaw’s speciality is medical negligence, caring is core to their ethos and unlike some other firms in their industry they genuinely want to help their clients understand a very complex subject during a very difficult time in their life.

With this in mind our approach was to make the brand accessible and easy to digest with a bright colour palette and heavy use of illustration to explain the client journey.

The website is the primary point of contact for clients and so needed to be accessible across multiple devices. We balanced simple copy along with colourful illustration and bite sized videography, all helping to make the legal process easier to understand.

A calendar booking system was plugged in to allow clients to book a direct video call with the lead solicitor who is looking after their case.

This ensures there is a familiar face right from initial contact…caring is key from start to finish.
