East Midlands Designer Outlet is investing in a brand new permanent food court, and so approached us to deliver a PopUp outdoor dining experience that needs to last the duration of build works. 

We conceptualised a container kitchen offering, clad in vertical slat timbers hiding a back of house area. With undercover seating pods, a core brand and of course a selfie station.
